Use of our services

By engaging Growsler for services, you agree to these terms. Our services are provided based on the scope agreed upon in a separate services agreement or statement of work.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables built specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Growsler retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in delivery.

Limitation of liability

Growsler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
